I could still remember during my primary school days, every Monday morning mesti ada perhimpunan sekolah.. Perkara paling I tak suka masa sekolah rendah sebab perhimpunan tu kena berdiri, lamaaaaa. Pernah sampai sejam setengah. Tak tahu lah apa rasional nya cikgu suruh student berdiri.
And after around 40 mins perhimpunan bermula, I was one of the students sitting outside the hall depan kipas. Kenapa? Sebab I fainted, pitam. Pitam tu adalah jatuh secara tiba-tiba, selepas cikgu-cikgu kat depan semua tiba-tiba hilang dari pandangan mata. Jadi kabur. Sedar-sedar dah depan kipas, terlelap siap.
Why on earth that happened to me?
Sebab, I ada tekanan darah yang rendah. Well, rasanya tak critical lagi lah sebab tak de lah always pening and nak pitam. It will happen only if I lambat makan, I skip meals and I stand too long. Kes pitam kat perhimpunan ni berlarutan sampai I Form 2 then no more. Sebab, I pindah sekolah asrama penuh, perhimpunan duduk atas kerusi plastik. Fuhhhh.. Tapi, I still remember the day I pengsan during class, sebab I skip breakfast konon nak tunggu pukul 10 am punya break last-last pukul 9 am dah pitam.
Then during kat Johor Matriculation College, sure classmates akan ingat kisah I pengsan kat Chemistry Lab sebab I jatuh pengsan sampai luka kat forehead. Kisah nya pagi tu I tak breakfast, but I did drink a mug of milo. Tak tahu suddenly tiba-tiba nak pitam so I baring la kat meja. Sedar-sedar terjelepuk jatuh dahi siap hentak lantai makmal. Berdarah and luka.. My friends siap trauma, tengok I jatuh tiba-tiba. Masuk hospital siap, kena masuk air garam.
Another thing pasal sukan. Kalau lari mesti ambil acara yang 100m or 200m, tak boleh lebih nanti memang akan jatuh and pitam lepas tuu nafas jadi laju gilaa.. So my name memang selalu masuk acara yang short distance sahaja, long distance ke or merentas desa memang cannot go. Kalau nak paksa masuk boleh jer, standby la PBSM sesiap yer.
Ini lah antara kisah antara I dengan Penyakit Tekanan Darah Rendah, so called Anemia. I need to overcome this, sebab kalau pregnant nanti dangerous kat baby. Like my previous case, tak nak la cerita nanti nangis kangg....
